Are you an active participating member of our Rochester Chapter? If so you are eligible
for a partial reimbursement of expenses, up to $1,000, incurred with attending the National Convention. An additional amount of $175.00 is available to defray the cost of registration.
NOTE: the $175 does not apply to those Chapter members who pay the $250 discounted registration rate.

Note:The HLAA Rochester Chapter will be offering $300 to chapter members attending If they are current with their ‘26-27’ annual Chapter dues and staying for two nights. This offering is to assist with one’s overall Conference expenses. Once again, your Chapter is pleased to assist Chapter members!
We are seeking donations for the NYSA Conference Silent Auction in October.

​All proceeds go directly to the NYSA organization. HLAA members from New York and surrounding states will be participating in the auction.

We are collecting items that represent the Rochester/Finger Lakes region to create a "Chapter Basket" for bidding. Gift cards for franchised restaurants or stores are welcome.
